Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and 14 business days to receive a refund or another wig, if accepted.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused
  • Lace intact
  • Tags attached
  • In its original packaging

You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@deedee.co with the subject line:

"Return + Your Order Number"

Returns must be sent to the address we provide.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong wig

This helps us evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the current item.
  2. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Bank processing times may vary.
